키세로(이하 「회사」)는 일정 앱 플랜쿼카(웹 app.planquokka.com 포함, 이하 「서비스」)를 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다. 이 방침은 회사가 어떤 정보를, 왜, 얼마 동안 처리하고 누구에게 맡기는지, 그리고 이용자가 어떻게 권리를 행사할 수 있는지를 알려 드립니다.
회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다. 처리하는 정보는 다음과 같습니다.

회사는 위치 정보, 연락처(주소록), 광고 식별자(IDFA/광고 ID)를 수집하지 않으며, 광고 도구나 행태 분석·추적 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 앱 오류를 고치기 위한 오류 기록 수집(Sentry, 8번)만 씁니다. 사진첩 전체에 접근하지 않습니다. 프로필 사진과 비즈니스 로고는 이용자가 고른 사진 한 장만 올라갑니다.
회사는 처리 목적을 이루면 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 원칙적으로 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보유하며, 아래 정보는 따로 정한 기간을 따릅니다.

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 동의하거나, 법률에 특별한 규정이 있거나 법령상 의무를 지키기 위해 불가피한 경우(수사기관의 적법한 요청 등)에는 예외로 합니다.
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 맡기고 있으며, 이 중 일부는 국외에서 처리됩니다. 위탁 계약에서 개인정보 보호 의무, 재위탁 제한, 안전성 확보 조치, 관리·감독, 손해배상 등을 정하고 있습니다. 국외 이전은 개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제3호(계약 이행을 위한 처리 위탁·보관)에 따라 이 방침에 공개하는 방식으로 이루어집니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 해당 기능(말로 넣기·아침 브리핑·푸시 알림·유료 결제·웹 앱)을 쓰지 않거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 그 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다. 앱 오류 기록은 앱에 오류가 난 경우에만 자동으로 보내지며 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 들어 있지 않습니다. 앱 스토어 결제는 애플·구글이 자신의 방침에 따라 직접 처리합니다.
아래 권한은 해당 기능을 처음 쓸 때만 요청하며, 허용하지 않아도 나머지 기능은 쓸 수 있습니다. 휴대폰 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.

프로필 사진과 비즈니스 로고는 시스템 사진 선택 화면이나 카메라로 고른 이미지 한 장만 올라갑니다. 홈 화면 위젯에 보이는 일정(비밀일정 제외)은 기기 안에서만 저장됩니다.
회사는 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며, 광고·행태 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 웹 앱(app.planquokka.com)은 로그인 상태, 설정, 오프라인용 일정 사본을 브라우저 저장소(로컬 스토리지·IndexedDB)에 보관합니다. 공개 달력 페이지는 방문자 수를 세기 위해 브라우저에 무작위 값을 하나 저장하며, 서버에는 하루마다 바뀌는 복원할 수 없는 값으로만 기록되고 IP 주소는 저장하지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 사이트 데이터를 지우면 모두 삭제됩니다.
이용자(만 14세 미만 아동의 경우 법정대리인)는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
계정을 삭제하면 일정·할 일·이용권·친구 관계·장식·스티커·AI 기록·알림 토큰·로그인 기기 목록·프로필 사진·공개 페이지와 로고가 모두 삭제됩니다. 다른 구성원과 함께 쓰던 함께 캘린더와 함께 일정은 남은 구성원이 계속 쓸 수 있도록 다른 구성원에게 넘어갑니다. 3번 표에서 법령에 따라 보관하는 기록만 정해진 기간 동안 남습니다.
서비스는 만 14세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원 가입을 받지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
말로 넣기에서 AI가 문장을 일정으로 바꾸는 것은 이용자가 확인하고 고칠 수 있는 제안이며, 이용자의 권리나 의무에 중대한 영향을 미치는 완전히 자동화된 결정(개인정보 보호법 제37조의2)에 해당하지 않습니다. AI 이용 한도는 요금제별로 정해진 횟수에 따라 같은 방식으로 적용됩니다. 궁금한 점은 아래 연락처로 설명을 요청할 수 있습니다.

Keysero (“we”) operates PlanQuokka, a calendar app (including the web app at app.planquokka.com, the “Service”), and processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA) and other applicable laws.

We do not collect location, contacts or advertising identifiers, and we use no advertising, behavioural-analytics or tracking tools; the only diagnostic tool is crash reporting (Sentry, section 8). We never access your whole photo library; for a profile photo or business logo only the one photo you pick is uploaded.
Performance of the contract with you (PIPA Art. 15(1)(4)) for the features you use; legal obligations (Art. 15(1)(2)) for statutory transaction records; legitimate interests (Art. 15(1)(6)) for security, abuse prevention and usage statistics; and your consent (Art. 15(1)(1)) for optional features you switch on (AI improvement, morning briefing, push notifications, public pages), which you can switch off at any time.
We keep your information until you delete your account, except: natural-language input logs 90 days; morning briefings sent 30 days; friend-request push logs 8 days; gift-code attempts 90 days; idempotency keys 7 days; public-page visitor day-hashes 2 days (then only daily totals); AI-improvement samples until you withdraw consent or delete your account; payment and supply records 5 years and consumer complaint records 3 years under the Korean E-Commerce Act (de-identified after account deletion); AI usage and cost records are de-identified on account deletion; consent records until you delete your account; reports 1 year after they are resolved (the link to the reporter is removed if the reporter deletes their account); profile photos: a replaced or removed photo is deleted immediately, and the photo is deleted with the account; crash reports 90 days (deleted automatically under Sentry’s retention).
Information is destroyed without delay when its period ends or the account is deleted; automatic deletion runs daily. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; database backups expire within 7 days. Data stored on your device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.
To turn your sentences into events we send the sentence (with a short part of the preceding conversation), today’s date and your app language to OpenAI. For schedule advice we may also send titles and times of your non-private events. If you turn on the morning briefing, event titles (up to 40 characters) and companions’ display names are sent to generate one line from your character. We never send your account name or email. Under its own policies OpenAI does not use API data to train its models and keeps it for a limited period (currently up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring; we have disabled storage of requests and responses on OpenAI’s side. To answer faster, OpenAI may temporarily keep the app’s fixed instructions (the part that is identical in every request and contains nothing you typed) for up to 30 minutes; your sentences and calendar data are not part of that. Private events are never sent to the AI, widgets or notification text. Voice input is transcribed by your phone’s operating-system speech recognition (Apple or Google), which may send audio to their servers; we never receive or store audio. AI improvement is opt-in (Settings → Privacy) and samples are deleted immediately when you turn it off; names and addresses may not be removed automatically.
Friends see your display name and profile photo. Your profile photo is shown only to friends, shared-calendar and joint-plan members, and people who sent you a friend request, and never opens through a public link. Members of shared calendars and joint plans see the events placed there (never private events or “only me” decorations). People with a public or subscription calendar link you created can view that calendar until you turn the link off; friend, shared-calendar and event invite links expire after 7 days. Business public pages are visible to anyone while published. Anyone holding a live joint-plan invite link can see that plan’s title, time and the sender’s display name without signing in; no memo, location or member list is shown. Sharing via KakaoTalk sends the card text and invite link through Kakao.
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except with your consent or where required by law.
We entrust processing to the following providers under contracts requiring protection, sub-processing limits, security measures and supervision. Transfers abroad are made under PIPA Art. 28-8(1)(3) by disclosure in this policy.

If you do not want a transfer, you can avoid the related feature or delete your account; that feature will then be unavailable. Crash reports are sent automatically only when an error occurs and contain nothing that identifies you. App-store payments are processed by Apple/Google under their own policies.
Requested only when you first use the feature; you can change them in your phone’s settings: notifications (reminders, social notices, briefing); microphone and speech recognition (voice input); camera and photos (taking or choosing a profile photo — only the one photo you pick is cropped and uploaded; we never read your whole photo library); calendar read access (import only, never write); Face ID / fingerprint (unlocking private events — biometric data never leaves your device); exact alarms on Android (timely reminders). Clipboard on iPhone: the app reads the clipboard only when you tap the “Continue invitation” button, and uses it only to recognize a PlanQuokka invite link; nothing else is stored or sent. Profile photos and business logos upload only the one image you pick in the system photo picker or take with the camera.
We use no cookies and collect no advertising or behavioural data. The web app keeps your session, settings and an offline copy of your calendar in browser storage. Public calendar pages store one random value in the browser to count visitors; our server only records a daily-changing one-way value and never stores IP addresses. Clearing site data in your browser removes all of it.
You (or a legal representative) may access, correct, delete, suspend processing of or withdraw consent for your information at any time — most directly in the app — or by emailing the contact below. We respond within 10 days after verifying your identity and explain any refusal permitted by law.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. If you cannot use the app, email support@planquokka.com from your account email. Deletion removes your events, to-dos, passes, friendships, decorations, stickers, AI logs, push tokens, signed-in device list, profile photo, public pages and logos; shared calendars and joint plans pass to a remaining member. Only the records the law requires us to keep (section 3) remain for the stated period. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store / Google Play subscription — cancel it in the store first.
The Service is intended for people aged 14 and over. We do not accept sign-ups from children under 14 and delete such information without delay when we become aware of it.
Least-privilege access and a separate role for admin functions; encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS); one-way password hashing; row-level access control so only you and people you share with can read your data; sign-in data kept in the operating system’s secure storage; biometric lock for private events; server secrets never shipped in the app; storage in a physically secured cloud data centre in Seoul.
AI conversion of your sentences into events is a suggestion you can review and edit; it is not a fully automated decision with significant effects under PIPA Art. 37-2. AI usage limits apply uniformly by plan. You may ask us for an explanation.
